Description

Explore the intricate design process behind illusionist Jeanette Andrews’ one-of-a-kind work. Andrews will share the multi-faceted design process behind her work “Invisible Roses”, perform pieces from her work, and discuss with attendees what goes into designing the seemingly impossible, from psychology, object making, and writing, to performance, installation and choreographing.

All materials will be provided. Recommended for audiences 18 years and older. Registration is required.

Jeanette Andrews is an artist who specializes in creating performative, interactive sensory magic. She is the only magician worldwide known to be awarded an artist's residency. Her work explores how illusions construct reality and highlights astonishing aspects of everyday life via moments of the seemingly impossible.
