Design Connections: A Student & Professional Mixer

Design Connections: A Student & Professional Mixer in collaboration with NOMA Detroit, NOMAS, AIA Detroit, & AIAS, is an interactive evening connecting architecture students and emerging professionals with designers and firm leaders from Metro Detroit who are shaping today’s built environment. This casual mixer blends networking, insight, and collaboration. Attendees will have the chance to connect over shared interests and hear candid advice from professionals at different career stages.

Attendees will be asked to participate in deciding what future Design Connections events will focus on; paths through practice, graduation to licensure, sustainability, digital tools, designing your career, translating your skills into practice, and evolving the role of architects in today's society.
