  • Cafeteria On Level B-1. Located down the stairs in the center of the lobby and to the left. http://www.ors.od.nih.gov/pes/dats/food/dining/Pages/Building-38A.aspx

  • Coat Room — The coat room is directly outside the auditorium. Luggage may be stored in the coat room but NLM is not responsible for missing or stolen items. There are no NIH Guards posted in Building 38A.

  • Rest rooms and a water fountain are located next to the elevators. There are additional restrooms on each floor of the LHC building.

  • Attendees are prohibited from bringing food and drink, including all water bottles, into the auditorium. This will be monitored.

  • A conference microphone is located at each table position in the lower section and can be activated by pressing the “MIC” button. A red ring will light up when the microphone is active. Only 6 microphones can be active at one time. Press the “MIC” button again to turn the microphone off when finished speaking.
