Every Monday on the Community Lawn at 6:30pm. Please bring your own mat and arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time. This even is complimentary and open to the public. Mat work, but make it spicy. Focus on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness with this gentle but effective workout while Arizona brings the heat (literally). Modifications available for all levels.
