Effective leadership begins with curiosity: the willingness to observe without judgement, to question assumptions, and to remain open to what we do not yet know. Curiosity enables leaders to learn from every moment, to see possibilities in uncertainty, and to understand themselves and others with greater depth and empathy.
This experiential workshop uses drawing as a tool to cultivate that mindset. Through guided exercises, you will explore how perception, language, and emotion shape the way you think, communicate, and lead. As you navigate the uncertainties and complexities that drawing presents, you will learn practical ways to reframe perception and strengthen your cognitive and emotional agility essential for effective leadership. No drawing skills are needed, only curiosity and an open mind. More than drawing, this is an invitation to see, think, and lead differently.
Learning Objectives:
- Explore curiosity and reframing tools for leadership
- Learn to use drawing as a reflective practice for awareness and presence
- Build your capacity to stay present and intentionally respond in ways that foster learning and growth
