About this event

What if your voice told your story?

What if your voice is a portal to help you better navigate your emotions and connect to your bodies?

Together we will be re-learning how to trust ourselves. How to trust our instinct and intuition. How to decode messages our bodies might be trying to tell us...

A series of 6 sessions designed to break blockages you might feel around your voice, help you to stay aligned with your truth and live in integrity.

This is an inclusive, supportive space to empower people from any background. No musical experience needed!

Singing is our birthright and a vital part for our wellbeing. These sessions will be about reconnecting with your voice, rather than vocal technique.

Sessions will take place online on Saturday mornings, 10-11am starting on the 20th of September!

Sessions:

  1. Your voice story
  2. Your inner voice
  3. Your primal voice
  4. Your voice as a mirror
  5. Your voice through Chakras
  6. Your naked voice

Bio:

Catarina is a professional classical singer who graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire where she studied Opera performance. Since graduating, Catarina has studied Carnatic and Hindustani singing techniques and other styles from around the world.

Catarina’s journey with her voice led her to yoga, and she has specialised in using sound and voice to encourage people to feel, be present and accept themselves as they are.

Adding to her work in yoga studios and schools, Catarina also runs community choirs and singing groups for people living with dementia. She strongly believes that music and sound are universal languages, and they have the power to bring us back to ourselves and connect us with each other, empowering society overall.
