RP7Online LLC - Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for More than approving time off: Demystifying Paid Leave for everyone, organized by RP7OnlineLLC. By registering for our event, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

• All sales are final, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
• Refunds will not be issued for "no-shows." If you do not attend the event for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Processing Fees: Please note that Eventbrite's processing fees are generally non-refundable. Any refunds issued will be for the ticket price paid, minus these non-refundable fees.

2. Attendee Cancellation Policy

• 7 Days Prior to Event: If you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the event start date, you will be eligible for a 25% refund.

• Example: For this event on December 30th, a cancellation submitted by December 23rd would be eligible.

• Less Than 6 Days Prior to Event: Cancellations made less than 6 days prior to the event start date are not eligible for a refund.

• How to Cancel: To cancel your registration, please contact us directly at info@rp7online.com or through the Eventbrite platform by logging into your account. Please include your name and order number in your cancellation request.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizer

• Event Postponement: If RP7 Online LLC postpones the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, public health concerns, venue issues), your registration will automatically be transferred to the new event date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will be offered a credit for a future event.
• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that RP7 Online LLC cancels the event entirely, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket price. You will be notified via email about the cancellation and refund process. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Transferring Your Registration

• We understand that plans can change. You may be able to transfer your registration to another person.
• Deadline for Transfers: Transfer requests must be made 3 days before the event starts.
• How to Transfer: To transfer your registration, please contact us at info@rp7online.com with the original registrant's name and order number, as well as the full name and email address of the new attendee.

5. Exceptions
