This webinar will explore the intersection of media, accessibility, and democracy. Topics include:

This seminar is part of AccessTalks. AccessTalks is an initiative led by TransMedia Catalonia, a research group at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, dedicated to advancing accessibility in media and communication.

AccessTalks takes place online via Zoom, making it accessible to participants worldwide. The seminars are held four times a year, each lasting between 1 and 1.5 hours, ensuring engaging and focused discussions on the latest research and trends.

What to Expect? Each session features leading researchers and professionals exploring the latest developments in media accessibility. Topics range from inclusive design to policy-making and user-centered research.

Who Can Join? AccessTalks is open to all (researchers, industry professionals, students, and anyone interested in accessibility and inclusion in media). Participation is free, but registration is required.
