Everyone is welcome to attend the Launch Event:

People living with dementia, their family carers and supporters

A quiet room will be available for anyone who would like to take a break. We are keen to ensure this is an accessible and dementia-friendly event, so please let us know on your booking form if there any reasonable adjustments we can make to support you. Strategy Partners

The Sheffield Dementia Strategy is the collaborative vision of key partners in the city, including Sheffield City Council, NHS SY ICB (Sheffield Place), Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, Sheffield Health and Social Care Trust, Age UK Sheffield, Alzheimer’s Society, St Luke’s Hospice, SACHMA, Sheffield Carers Centre, Sheffield Dementia Action Alliance, Sheffield University, Sheffield Hallam University, Dementia Advice Sheffield, Enrichment for the Elderly, South Yorkshire Housing Association, People Keeping Well dementia support, and other organisations working with people living with dementia and their families. The Strategy is based on the views of those living with dementia and those caring for and working with them.
