Delivering Change in Complexity
Overview
Have you ever tried to deliver a change at work, which has just not landed or progressed as you would like?
Or perhaps you've been subject to change that hasn't gone well, and you want to learn from these mistakes?
Do you want to lead change that people embrace?
Drawing on research into Paradox Theory, as well as decades of experience leading change at work, Dr Mary Skordia (Assistant Professor at ACG), and Hannah Boneham, (Founder/CEO of Lead Well) will take you through their ground-breaking new approach to tackling complex organisational change.
We are offering a two-hour online training session, with 4 group coaching sessions (once a month, for four months) to help you embed your learning.
In the two-hour workshop, you will learn:
- how paradoxes can explain why change doesn't always land well
- how to spot a paradox at work
- how to overcome change resistance by embracing a paradox mindset
And over the following four months, you get the chance to put your new skills into action, and come back and talk things through with the experts in monthly group-coaching sessions.
Previous participants have praised the training for helping them to see change in a differnt way, to tackle longstanding problems: One person shared: ‘The concepts are as old as time but the application is so new and fresh, it’s really helped me understand change better.’
Book by the end of December using code EarlyBird for 15% off.
And remember, Lead Well is a social enterprise - we reinvest at least 50% of our profits into initiatives that improve wellbeing at work, including our flagship programme: Ranger Wellbeing, helping deliver mental health and resilience training to Park Rangers in Africa.
