Dosa Shack:
Street food re-imagined” rooted in South Indian tradition: “Crafted. Not Copied. They emphasize a fermentation-rich process and add a touch of organic pink in their batter as a tribute to the founder’s heritage.

Suga's Cakery:
Suga’s Cakery is an award-winning bakery specialising in cupcakes, custom cakes, cookies and dessert classics made with premium ingredients, made-from-scratch products, with options for vegan, gluten-friendly, keto variants. In 2021 Suga's won first place in the Cupcakes and Cakes divisions at the Williamson County Fair & Rodeo.

Taco Baby and Smoke Agave:
Tacobaby serves wild tacos for the wild people of Austin! Their menu features items like mahi-mahi tacos topped with onion/tomato/cilantro/spicy slaw, carnitas “Piggy Smalls” with pineapple salsa, smoked brisket tacos, and vegetarian/vegan options.

Smoked Agave:
Smoked Agave is a woman-owned Austin caterer and food truck blending Tex-Mex flair with smoked barbecue craft, known for fresh local ingredients, inclusive values, and exceptional service across festivals, corporate events, and private gatherings.
