About this event

  • Free venue parking

The DeLaneys were Irish immigrants who homesteadded here in the late 19th century. Come tour their historic farm, learn about life in the plains of Colorado and early Aurora History. Free and fun for all ages! There will be crafts, snacks, and scavenger hunts in the education barn, and tours of the Gully House and Round Barn.

Plan to spend 45 to 90 minutes here. There is a porta-potty on site.

Set your maps for 170 S Chambers Road Aurora, CO 80017. Or "DeLaney Homestead Historic District" because maps will sometimes take you to "DeLaney Community Farm" which is nearby. Park in the lot by the barn with the tall silo right off of Chambers.
