The Deeply Rooted Youth Conditioning Program is a 6-week training experience designed to enhance your skills, agility, speed, mindset, and emotional strength in and out the arena.

6 Week Program Dates Every MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 6-9 PM dinner will be served.

What is the Deeply Rooted Youth Conditioning Program?

This is a 6-week youth athletic training experience focused on sports conditioning, strength training, wellness, and SEL (Social Emotional Learning). It’s designed to help student-athletes ages 13–17 grow physically, mentally, and emotionally through engaging, hands-on sessions.

Who can participate in the program?

Youth athletes between the ages of 13–17 who are interested in football, basketball, baseball/softball, tennis, or soccer. No experience required—just bring your effort and positive attitude!

What sports are included in the program?

We offer training and conditioning in: Football Basketball Baseball/Softball Soccer Tennis Each week features 2–3 sport-specific training sessions plus group workouts and SEL workshops.

What is the Parent Athletic Workshop?

It’s a FREE, one-day event designed for parents to meet our coaches, learn about the 6-week program, ask questions, and enjoy light refreshments, music, and even a 3-on-3 exhibition game! It’s a fun and informative day to connect with the community.

Is the program free?

Yes, the one-day Parent Athletic Workshop is completely FREE. The 6-week youth program may have limited sponsored slots and a low-cost fee option. Sign up to learn more about your eligibility.

What do participants need to bring?

A refillable water bottle Small towel Athletic gear (shorts, t-shirt, sneakers/cleats) Positive mindset! Snacks, Gatorade, and water will be provided throughout.

Are coaches background-checked?

Yes! All coaches and volunteers are vetted and selected based on expertise, professionalism, and their passion for youth development.

What is SEL and why is it included?

SEL stands for Social Emotional Learning—a core part of our program that helps young athletes develop leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and resilience both on and off the field.

Can parents attend or observe sessions?

Yes! We encourage parent involvement. You’ll have opportunities to attend, volunteer, or cheer on your child during game days or workshops.

Where is the location?

All sessions—including the Parent Workshop—are held at: Exchange Park Recreation Center.
