Deep Dive – Painting from Not-Knowing

This is not your typical art class. There are no step-by-step instructions, no pressure to produce a masterpiece—just a space to let go and paint from “no-thing.”

You’ll be gently guided through grounding breathwork to quiet the mind and settle into presence. In this class, the painting doesn’t come from you—it comes through you. Follow the energy, trust the unknown, and let the artwork reveal itself.

Experience the power of creating without attachment and honoring what arises—beauty, discomfort, confusion, or clarity. We’ll close with a community sharing circle to reflect and integrate.

All materials provided. No experience necessary—only openness.

You don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit from this experience. This isn’t about talent — it’s about reconnecting with a part of yourself that may have been quiet for too long. Creativity lives in everyone, and this is a safe space to rediscover yours without pressure or judgment.

Isn't this indulgent when I have real responsibilities?

Tending to your creative self is not indulgent — it’s restorative. When you give yourself time to express and reconnect, you return to your life more energized, centered, and present. Honoring this part of you isn’t selfish — it’s self-sustaining.

Will I be expected to share my work with others?

Never unless you want to. This is a safe, supportive space where your process is your own. Some activities may invite gentle collaboration or sharing, but you will never be pressured. You’re always free to create, reflect, and process in the way that feels right for you.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope. All art materials and supplies will be provided — just bring your beautiful self. You’re welcome to bring a journal or personal objects if they inspire you, but nothing is required. Just come as you are.
