Deep Dive - Embodiment and Listening Skills for Climate Emotions & Action

By The Nest

Overview

Explore climate emotions through gentle embodiment, deep listening, and guided reflection in a calm, supportive space.

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or numb about the climate crisis? You’re not alone.

This Welcome Workshop introduces gentle embodiment and deep listening practices to help participants explore climate emotions in a grounded, supportive way. Through guided somatic exercises, paired listening, and group reflection, we’ll learn how emotions live in the body and how listening inward can support clarity, resilience, and meaningful climate action.

This session is a stand-alone workshop and also serves as the opening of a four-week experiential series hosted by The Nest YU and facilitated by Annette Dubreuil. No prior experience is needed. All students are welcome.
