About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Are you curious about Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) as a treatment option for Parkinson’s? Have you had DBS and want to share your journey with others? Join us for our quarterly DBS Conversations, a virtual gathering on Zoom where real experiences take center stage.

Whether you’re exploring the possibility of DBS or supporting someone who is, this session offers space to hear directly from people who’ve been there. A panel of individuals living with Parkinson’s who have undergone DBS will share their stories, challenges, and reflections. There will also be time for open discussion and connection.

This group is open to people with Parkinson’s and their care partners. It is a casual, peer-driven space, not a medical lecture or consultation. All are welcome to listen, ask questions, or contribute as they feel comfortable.

Next session: July 24
Location: Zoom (link will be emailed 1 week before the event)

Please note: This group is intended for support and sharing of experiences. The subject discussed is not to be taken as medical advice or as consultation for DBS. Please consult your healthcare team regarding your personal care and treatment.
