Deconstructing a Competition Cone Course

Quinn walks you through the actual competition speed course and provides key concepts to help you bring maximum speed, efficiency, and safety to your timed runs! Quinn will discuss line choice, section set-up, practical VS measured space, and introduce his "deconstruction" process, followed by multiple on-bike demonstrations. Riders will also have the opportunity to have Quinn work through any specific spots on the course that they are struggling with so they have tools to maximize their performance on competition day!
