I do not need to illustrate the stressfulness of the times we have found ourselves in. I CAN provide a safe space to share, collaborate and support each other navigate through these tense times. Once 7 people have committed to a weekly session for 4- 5 weeks , we will choose an evening of the week to start. We will establish Safe Community Standards to set the foundation of a safe, collaborative, space to decompress, destress, refresh, strive and thrive through this situation none of us elected but must mitigate. I hope to start in May. For the first half of each group, members will check in. For the second half members will share their expierience strength hopes and work towards setting goals and action steps to improve moods and reduce triggers. Each session can wind down with a guided visualisation to help you end the evening in a deep restorative peaceful sleep.
