Decoding Your Dreams

Have you been wondering what your dreams could be trying to tell you—or wish you could remember more of them? This hands-on workshop will help you reconnect with your inner dream world and learn how to make sense of the messages waiting there.

The new Soul Studio in downtown Batavia is here to nourish your inner glow: a cozy community space for mind, body, and spirit — where you can let go while dancing with a mocktail.  

We’ll set a dreamy atmosphere and after a short exercise to “wake up your inner dreamer,” we’ll explore how to remember your dreams more clearly—through intention-setting, better nighttime habits, and quick morning journaling techniques.

Then we’ll dive into how to work with your dreams: decoding personal symbolism, tracking emotions and storylines, and understanding what your dream settings might reveal about your waking life. You’ll see a live demonstration of dream interpretation using a real example.

Finally, we’ll bring it all together with creative play—writing or drawing your own dream and sharing insights with others (or just listening). You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to keep exploring your dream life and uncover what your subconscious is trying to show you.
