This 3-day Decoding Consciousness Talk Series explains the levels of consciousnesses in the states of waking, dreaming, and dying. Meditation is a mind-training technique that we can use in waking state to find the doorway to recognizing our true nature. Buddhist scriptures said that we can continue on with this venture even when we are deep in our sleep. What can we learn from our state of dreaming?
