Will these sessions be recorded?

No, definitely not. Your privacy is extremely important.

Is video participation required?

Yes, we all work with our cameras on. We're doing this together.

What if I don't have the [literal or figurative] bandwidth to be on camera?

It's ok, some participants need to work off camera but we ask that you at least show your face to say hello and give the group a glimpse of what you're tackling during the session.
