About this event

Decluttering is not just a word reserved for apartments and hard drives: our mind and body need to be declutterred too.

Too often we fall in the trap of piling up things around us, as much as inside of us, and all that goes together: they're a reflection of one another.

When we find ourselves overwhelmed, it is usually because of extra clutter that needs our attention. The biggest obstacle is starting. So, where do we start? How do we proceed? What are the steps?

Led by Dr Crupi, scientist, healer, and expert in holistic health, this workshop will teach you the key steps of decluttering from the inside out!

After 14 years of scientific research trying to find the cure to human pathologies ranging from rare diseases to obesity, metabolic disorders, cognitive decline, cancer, aging, and more, I have realized that we already know what the cure is: love. We already know everything we need to know and our body and mind have all the tools we need to heal, we just must get out of the continuous stress we are put through and start loving ourself, reconnecting with our body and mind, heal our traumas, reconnect with others, reconnect with the Universe, remember once and for all that we are a whole, and we're fabulous.
