Declare & Decree: Called by Name — is a 90-minute identity-filled experience where we’ll explore the meaning of our names, uncover biblical truths tied to them, and write powerful declarations rooted in scripture. Through reflection, teaching, and time in the Word, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of who you are and what God has spoken over you.

Where will we be meeting?

We’ll be gathering in Meeting Room 3 at the Columbus Metropolitan Library – Gahanna Branch. Look for signs when you arrive, and feel free to ask a librarian if you need help finding the room!

What should I bring?

Bring a journal, a pen, and your Bible or Bible app. You’ll be doing some personal reflection and writing.

Do I need to know the meaning of my name ahead of time?

Not at all! We’ll spend time during the event researching name meanings together.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! This event is even more powerful when experienced with friends, sisters, or small groups.

Is there a dress code?

Come comfortably dressed — just bring your whole, open self and a heart ready to receive!

Why is there a cost to attend this event?

To help cover the cost of snacks, supplies, and support future Daughters in Power events, we charge a small fee. The seed you sow is worth it — and may the Lord bless you richly for sowing into this ministry and the lives it touches.

Will there be food or drinks?

Light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own coffee, tea, or favorite drink.
