Deck the Halls Workshop
Come join us at Happy Hens Farm for a festive Deck the Halls Workshop! Get into the holiday spirit with your friends and make your own Holiday decor. Let's make this holiday season extra special together with wreaths, porch pots or garland made from freshly cut, local greens! Attendees can choose multiple decorations to create or pick just one.
This booking is to reserve a date and time only. When booking, select the amount of tickets for how many participants plan to attend (if you plan to attend alone, select one ticket to reserve your time and we will plan to host a workshop during that time).
If you reserve multiple tickets, we will contact you to confirm your group size, time selected, and collect a $50 deposit per group. Your party time will only be reserved after we receive deposit payment. If you delay in paying the deposit, the booking will not be confirmed and your time slot will be open to other groups or parties. If the group size is less than 10, we reserve the right to leave the slot open for another group booking.
If you organize a party of 10 or more participants, you recieve one free porch pot or wreath.
Attendees pay in-person at the event for what they create. The base prices are as follows:
Wreath (assorted greens, form, and bow) $50
Porch Pot (filler pot, assorted greens and bow)$50
Garland (assorted greens) $7/ft
We do have other elements available for purchase such as berries, birch logs, magnolia leaves, dried flowers, ornaments, glitter twigs and more!
Any proceeds from berry purchases will be donated to charity.
Frequently asked questions
We provide aprons, snippers and gloves. You may choose to bring your own if you prefer. While we have add-ons for purchase such as dried flowers, berries and ornaments, feel free to bring any additional elements that you'd like. For porch pots, we provide a simple pot, you may bring your own.
Please dress in warm layers. While the event is inside the barn and patio heaters running, it can be a bit chilly.
We provide hot chocolate, wine glasses and a table to set out your treats. You may bring any refreshments or snacks for your party that you'd like. Electrical outlets are available for any food warmers.
Party cancellations done 30 days before your scheduled party will receive a full deposit refund. Cancelling your party less than 30 days before will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Yes! We will have ample supplies for all guests. We have all the supplies for wreaths, garlands and porch pots, guests can choose just one or make all three!
For groups less than 10 people, we may book another workshops with a similar start time. There will be ample space and supplies. For groups more than 10 people, we will reserve the barn for just your group. When registering, please select the appropriate amount of tickets so we can plan accordingly.
Yes, we have a bathroom trailer that will be pulled into the barn.
Select however many tickets you need for your group size (do your best guess if you're unsure). If you select multiple tickets, we will reach out to confirm your group size, time selected and to collect your group's $50 deposit.
Yes! When registering, select one ticket and we will leave the slot open for other bookings. If the slot doesn't fill, we may contact you to select another time or day.
