Join us for our December Full Moon Circle, a sacred pause before the holiday whirlwind. Under the bright illumination of the full moon — inviting release, clarity and spaciousness — we’ll gather in community to let go of what no longer serves and make room for what wants to emerge. This is your time to step out of the everyday rush and into your heart & soul space. To feel witnessed, supported and restored.

With Kate and Camryn as your guides, you’ll be held in a ceremony of:

🌕 Full moon release + clarity ritual
🌿 Nervous system softening through grounding practices
💛 Cozy connection, reflection, and closing the year in community

Come as you are, with an open heart and the desire to be nourished. We'll be meeting at Sattva Health and Wellness, a lovely healing space in Lakewood. Leave your babies at home, and gift yourself an evening just for you.

• $44 – Community Care Rate: Covers your spot and contributes to a scholarship for another person who might not otherwise be able to attend.
