Join BECU and Dress for Success Seattle for an empowering workshop designed to help you reduce debt, build financial confidence, and create a clear path toward long-term stability. In this workshop, we will cover debt payoff strategies, how to stop creating new debt, and ideas to increase income.
Presentation by: Gerren Joyner and Ruth Kaneko
- Gerren Joyner has been with BECU for 2 years as a Retail Market Development Specialist. A passionate RMDS with a people-first approach, he thrives on identifying growth opportunities and turning them into meaningful member experiences. He is especially passionate about helping brands grow in ways that are inclusive, community driven, and reflect BECU’s values. Whether opening a new neighborhood location or leading a financial wellness workshop, he ensures every effort is aligned with the needs and voices of local communities.
- Ruth Kaneko has been working in the financial industry since 2009. Throughout her time with BECU, she has held the positions of Member Consultant and Financial Educator. Her role at BECU includes serving the membership and community on a daily basis by providing financial education to Washington communities. With a background in education, Ruth is fueled by the need to help others achieve their goals.
Dress for Success Seattle is a non-profit organization that supports self-identifying women and non-binary individuals in achieving economic independence by providing a network of support, business attire and development tools to thrive in work and life.
