This workshop will examine how conflict affects organisations and the importance of dealing with difficult situations in a timely, appropriate and effective manner. We will explore different types of conflict (“hot” and “cold”), practice communication skills and strategies for conflict resolution and learn to understand our own personal style when dealing with conflict. This full day course is highly engaging, incorporating a variety of breakout exercises and activities that will help engage the participants and make the learning ‘stick’ for the long term.
