Join us for a Deadly Dozen full race simulation one week before our official track race. You are also welcome to complete a half simulation or modify run distances as needed.

Heat slots will be assigned ahead of time to ensure equipment is available for all participants. If you have a specific heat time request, email us at rantahowefit@gmail.com

Heats will begin and 7:00am with new heats beginning every 10 minutes.
