Nervous System Practice Lab

Deactivation Tools to Survive the Apocalypse

Everything’s on fire.

You’re expected to keep functioning.

Meanwhile, your nervous system is pinging between fight, flight, and freeze while staying busy scanning everything as a threat.

This 90-minute lab is here to help you calm down enough to respond effectively. Especially when it is time to move quickly.

You’ll learn quick-and-dirty tools for nervous system deactivation and co-regulation. These are concrete ways to stay human, grounded, and connected when the world is doing its best to divide and conquer.

You’ll leave with two simple, body-based practices for slowing down, noticing what’s actually happening inside you, and practicing real-time relational attunement.

It’s nervous system work, but it’s also liberation work.

This is not about calming down so you can go back to compliance.

It’s about building the capacity to act from clarity, not reactivity.

We regulate together.

That’s how we survive.

Bring your anxiety.

Bring your over-functioning.

Bring a healthy suspicion of self-help.

Everything is welcome.

What to Expect:

  • Guided, trauma-informed facilitation
  • Two concrete practices you can take with you
  • A room full of people also pretending they’re fine either
  • No fixing, no pressure, no perfection required

What to Bring:

Just yourself.

Wear something comfortable.

Notebook optional.

No experience needed. No prep required.
