Difficult moments don’t have to grow into "incidents" that can threaten client engagement and retention. This intentionally-brief workshop reviews basic concepts and actions that can be used to de-escalate.

This training has been approved for one renewal hour (CASAC, CPP, CPS) and one initial hour (CPP, CPS) through New York State’s Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS). As an IC & RC member board, OASAS accredited courses are granted reciprocal approval by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, Alcohol and Drug Counselor Committee.
