What is the Refund Policy?

Cancellations will be accepted until 30 days prior to the event and require payment of the processing fees. SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after this or for no-shows for any reason.Refunds will include the ticket price less the Ticketing Fees.

Can I Transfer my Registration?

If you need to transfer your registration to someone else, please email east@dchws.org with ALL of the following: substitute's full name, badge/nickname, position title, email address, work address, work phone number, cell phone number, and emergency contact name and phone number.

SAME continues to monitor the most up to date guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety protocols from the CDC, federal government, state and local governments, and the venue(s). As we get closer to the event(s), the latest requirements will be shared.
