For mental health professionals who want to deepen their toolkit, this unique 4-hour workshop offers both insight and integration. In the first 2 hours, we’ll revisit foundational Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles with the assumption that attendees have basic familiarity. In the second half, we’ll dive into how DBT skills can be directly applied within evidence-based eating disorder treatment frameworks.

Whether you’re looking to refine your therapeutic approach or better understand the nuanced relationship between emotion dysregulation and eating behaviors, this workshop connects clinical theory with actionable application.

This workshop is designed to inspire both confidence and competence in treating complex eating presentations. For clinicians, therapists, and practitioners working in eating disorder recovery.

• An important note about CEs: ICP is an approved provider of continuing education credits for social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, creative arts therapists, psychologists and psychoanalysts through the New York Department of Education.
