Is Parking FREE at Nutter Center?

Yes, Parking is FREE in the Nutter Center lot, park in lots 6 and 9.  The Wedding Show & Expo is in the ARENA.

Engaged couples, their family and friends are all welcome. This event is designed for brides, grooms and their “I-Do Crew” to explore wedding vendors and ideas together.

Do I need to get a Ticket in Advance?

Yes — we recommend registering ahead to secure your spot and receive your ticket via email (you can use a mobile ticket at the door). While walk-ups may be allowed, early registration helps with faster check-in and ensures you don’t miss any perks.

What are the show hours?

On Saturday - Jan 10 the show opens at 11am and will be open till 4pm.  You can come anytime between these times.  There will be a Fashion Show at 2:30pm on Saturday.  On Sunday, Jan 11 the show opens at 11am and goes till 3pm - the Fashion Show is at 1:30pm.

What should I bring with me?

Bring your ticket (printed or on your mobile device), your wedding date, budget range and any inspiration (photos, colors) so you can talk with vendors and ask informed questions. Comfortable shoes are a plus — you’ll be walking and visiting many booths!  We will give you a Bag at Registration.

What can I expect at the show?

You’ll find dozens of wedding vendors (venues, photographers, florists, cakes, dresses, DJs, etc.), special show-only offers & discounts, prize drawings/giveaways, inspiration displays and opportunities to ask questions in person. It’s a one-stop planning marketplace.

How long should be plan to stay?

If you’re early in the planning process, plan for 2-3 hours to visit many vendors and collect information. If you’re closer to your wedding date and just refining details, an hour might suffice. Arriving early gives you the first pick.

How should I prepare questions to ask vendors?

Great question! Come prepared with your wedding date, location (if set), guest count estimate, budget range and style or theme ideas. Ask vendors about availability, what’s included, what else might cost extra, and how they handle changes or cancellations.

Do we have to make any decisions or commitments at the show?

Not at all. The show is for information gathering, inspiration and meeting vendors. You’re under no obligation to book anything right then and there — though many couples do lock in deals on the day if they find someone they love.

Question 12

What if I can’t find my ticket or confirmation email?

Accepted Answer

No problem. At check-in we’ll lookup your registration by name or order number and get you checked in. So bring your confirmation email (or screenshot) or simply your name used for registration.

Question 13

Can I bring guests such as children or parents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your wedding planning team (parents, siblings, friends) are encouraged to attend. Children are welcome too, but please note that this is a planning-event environment (booths, demonstrations) so you may want to supervise younger ones.
