6:00 pm - 7:15 pm | Reception-Style Dining, lobby level

7:15 pm | Day of the Dear River Parade viewing starts . The parade is set to start coming by our hotel between 7:15- 7:25 pm. However, the parade timing is not within our control and could vary.

* General Admission and Reception is in Camino Real on the Lobby Level. This option also includes a seat along the the river for watching the parade. Open seating, not reserved. This is reception style dining. For sit down dining options, we recommend the La Catrina VIP Experience on Zocca Patio.

* VIP Experience will be in Olivares Room, on the River Level. This option also includes reserved seating, along the river for the parade viewing. You chairs will have your name on them. Please do not move seating. All seating is one row and every seat a good seat.

Registration will be in the lobby and will start at 5:00pm to get your wristbands. Doors do not open for food until 6pm in the respective areas.

* If you purchase the Calavera VIP Patio Experience in Zocca, you will also pick up wristbands at registration and seating will be available at 6:15pm. First course will be served at 6:30.

Choose from 5 experiences. Gratuity included. Tickets range from individual to VIP overnight.

Marigold Experience ++ ( General Admission)

$85.00 per person, includes the reception-style dining, 1 drink ticket, and 1 chair to watch the parade outdoors, along the River Walk. Open seating, seating not reserved.

Ofrenda VIP Reception Package ++

$160.00 per person, includes the reception style dining, 2 drink tickets and 1 chair along the River Walk for parade viewing. Your chairs will be reserved with your name on them. Please do not move seating. All seating is one row and every seat is a good seat.

Calavera VIP Zocca Patio Experience ++

$160.00 per person, includes patio reserved space from 6:15pm-10pm, a four course specialty menu, reserved seating on the patio, 1 drink ticket. First Course served at 6:30pm.

La Vida Private Loggia Package and La Catrina Private Loggia Package up to++

$1800 for up to 8 people and $2200 for up to 10 people. Reserve one of two loggia's on the lobby level of the Westin Riverwalk that provide great viewing for the parade, in a semi-private setting. Includes buffet, reception style dining, and two drink tickets per guest. Personal server for group. Loggia's reserved from 6:00pm-10:00pm.

Afterlife VIP Room Experience ++

$650 for 2 people, includes single room hotel accommodations for 2 guests, reception-style dinner for 2 in our VIP area, 4 drink tickets (2 per guest), 2 reserved chairs along the River Walk for parade viewing, plus overnight valet parking.
