Day of the Dead Movement Ritual
Overview
Day of the Dead, also known as All Souls Day, is a sacred time to honor and connect with those who have gone before us. It is said that during this season the veil between worlds grows thin, allowing us to feel the presence of our beloved ancestors more closely.
In this movement ritual, we will open the space for those who have passed to join us. Through dance and embodied prayer, we will listen, honor, and move with their wisdom. Together we’ll create a living altar of remembrance and celebration, guided by the rhythm of our bodies and the spirit of those who came before.
This is an invitation to pause, to be present, and to receive the gifts that our ancestors continue to offer.
