Join us at Synchronicities in Sandy, Utah for a day of healing and connecting.

Classes by Megan Verno, Amber Gunnell & Alyssa McBride. A sound bath, breath work, and more!

We will highlight healing post faith/trust crisis, trauma first aide, mind/body healing.

Bring a water bottle and journal, comfy clothes, lunch is provided but plan to bring dinner or visit a local restaurant close by.
