DAV Chapter #2 Holiday BBQ Bash

Join us for the DAV San Diego, California Chapter #2 Christmas BBQ Bash at Grand Ole BBQ Flinn Springs, as featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri!

Get ready to kick off the holiday season with a festive celebration filled with live music and delicious BBQ!

The Dinner will be a plated meal consisting of green salad, dinner rolls, soft drinks, brisket, smoked turkey, and BBQ chicken, accompanied by macaroni & cheese, green beans, coleslaw, and cake for dessert.

Bring the whole family—Santa will surprise the kids after dinner with a visit, photo, and gifts!

This in-person Holiday BBQ is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow veterans of all ages and from all eras of war. We'll have a photo booth to capture all the holiday joy and create lasting memories.

Ticket Sales end when we reach our capacity or November 1st, whichever comes sooner. By purchasing a ticket, you're helping us make sure this tradition of honoring our veterans can continue for many more years.

If you would like to give back by volunteering, we are seeking approximately 35 volunteer food runners with experience who can stand, walk, and lift. Please email for information.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE VENUE:

Grand Ole BBQ is the spot for seriously good Central Texas barbecue. Located in Flinn Springs, this unique music venue features a large stage and an inviting indoor/outdoor setting. The yard has over 25 propane heaters and multiple fire pits that will be fully lit, dress warm and festive!
