Cocktail/Mocktail and Charcuterie Lesson and Tasting
Learn how to host an unforgettable experience in your own space. While discussing things that make folks comfortable in your space, this interactive session teaches you how to mix balanced cocktails, design flavorful mocktails, and assemble eye-catching charcuterie boards. This is a perfect starting point for a thoughtful way to welcome someone new into your space.
Workshop with Andrew
This session aims to de-stigmatize therapy and simplify the process of finding a therapist, offering tips, resources, and questions to assess fit. It introduces attachment theory and how past protective patterns can affect dating, emphasizing that people aren’t “broken”—their old strategies may just no longer fit current goals. It also gives therapist-informed guidance for healthier dating: clarifying boundaries, focusing on what you can control, relying on a broad support system, and managing vulnerability, rejection, and people-pleasing. The session ends with Q&A and discussion.
Workshop with Brittany
This session explores the energetic and emotional side of early dating—helping participants distinguish dating from anxiety versus authenticity. Through grounding exercises, an introduction to masculine and feminine energy dynamics, and a simple embodiment practice, attendees learn to feel more confident, grounded, and magnetic up to the third date. The workshop offers energetic do’s and don’ts of early dating, along with guided reflection to identify personal patterns of alignment or misalignment. Experiential and practical, the session complements therapeutic content by emphasizing embodied awareness and connection rather than clinical analysis.
