Come enjoy Triune and food prepared by Executive Chef Rodolfo Rodriguez and Sous Chef Graham Farris in a unique setting, the BoysGrow Farm where you can meet our goats and see our fields (where some of the meal ingredients will be sourced) before enjoying the amazing American-fusion courses prepared.

About TRIUNE:

TRIUNE officially came to life in late July 2024, though its foundation was laid on paper back in 2021. We are a fine casual dining experience centered around small plates, dinner, brunch, and a vibrant cocktail program. Our goal is to be a true dining destination—one that engages all five senses: sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste. Every element of TRIUNE is crafted with intention, and we are defined by a deep commitment to excellence across every part of the guest experience.

At TRIUNE, we believe it’s the combination of the space, the service, and our guests that makes us who we are.

About Executive Chef Rodolfo:
Born and raised in Kansas City, Chef Rodolfo Rodriguez brings deep cultural roots and bold flavor influences to every dish he creates. With parents hailing from Mexico and Cuba, his cooking is a reflection of heritage, heart, and the food he personally loves to eat—not just what’s expected.

A graduate of Johnson County Community College’s culinary program, Rodolfo has spent over a decade honing his craft across some of Kansas City’s most recognizable kitchens. He started his career at Ragazza, and spent six years working across Summit Grill, Boru, and South of Summit. His experience also includes time at Ambassador Hotel, North Italia, and both Blue Highway and La Bodega, where he worked in cook and sous chef roles, continuously pushing his skills and palate forward.

His culinary inspiration is rooted in his own cravings, balanced by the guidance of chefs who shaped his journey—most notably Thomas Paradise and Sean Brady. Their influence helped him expand his creative boundaries, which now shine through in the diverse, vibrant menu at Triune.

BoysGrow is a local nonprofit that uses farming and agriculture to teach entrepreneurship to Kansas City’s urban male youth. The program gives young men an opportunity to earn a paycheck while working on a functional farm. Our boys essentially run a small business, by selling their value-added products to local restaurants and grocery stores around town. Through BoysGrow, the young men learn critical vocational skills and experience an array of different potential careers including Agriculture, Culinary Arts, Construction and Sales. Today, BoysGrow produce is currently available in more than 30 Kansas City-area locations.  www.boysgrow.com
