Q: Will this event be filmed or photographed?
A: Yes, by entering the event, you are fully acknowledging and agreeing to the use of any and all photo, video, and audio captured for use at event organizers sole discretion, without any further notice or compensation. As a condition of your attendance at “Dat R&B Party” you grant Level 10 Entertainment, LLC, it's licensees, successors, and assigns the right, but not the obligation, to photograph and film you and use your likeness in the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, publicity and advertising of this event in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity.
