D'Artagnan Proudly Presents Cassoulet War XI

The competitive French tradition continues with our eleventh Cassoulet War in New York City. Don't wait to get your tickets, as this event sells out quickly.

On February 2, over 20 chefs will battle for cassoulet supremacy at SECOND in The Eventi Hotel. Join us and chefs from the country's best restaurants to eat, drink, and debate over which cassoulet is best.

Our esteemed panel of judges will crown the "Most Authentic" and "Most Daring" cassoulet champions. Past judges have included legendary names like Tom Colicchio, Sara Moulton, Jacques Torres, Martha Stewart, and Elizabeth Falkner.

You and all the other attendees will vote for the "People’s Choice" cassoulet champion. Don’t miss your chance to experience this unforgettable evening.

Bring your appetite! This walk-around tasting includes plenty of hearty red wine and Armagnac to drink. Francois Morisson, an internationally renowned mixologist, will also create unique cocktails for the Cassoulet War.

The battle begins at 7:00 PM and continues until only one chef is left standing at 9:30 PM.
