Join us for Dare to Connect: Finding Light in the Shadows, a one-of-a-kind, in-person Winter Solstice experience designed to help you release tension, restore trust, and reconnect to joy through somatic movement, creative play, and honest connection.

Together we’ll explore:
✨ Shadow EFT Tapping — shift doubt, frustration, and fear into clarity and grounded faith
💥 Somatic release tools — hand screams, hulk smashes, and embodied ways to let it all move through
🎨 Truth or Dare to Connect stations — playful invitations into creativity, expression, giving & receiving, joy, and faith
