Emotional safety is our highest priority. We know these adventures into connection can bring up deep feelings, and our facilitators are experienced in supporting you through just that! All activities are optional and you will be supported in what feels best for you to do or not do :) (no pressure).

Alanna Minor is a certified Mindfulness Instructor with five years of experience supporting others on their wellness journey through shadow work, guided practices, and group events. Emily Cahill is a certified Hypnotherapist with a passion for helping people overcome chronic pain through hypnotism.
