Event Details

Melbourne Water is strengthening our collaboration with stakeholders in the way we manage waterways in the Dandenong catchment. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work together to create and shape the future of the Dandenong Catchment.

We invite you to work with community and key stakeholders to discover opportunities and co-design solutions that will guide on-ground activities in the catchment over the next 10 years.

Our second workshop in the series will be on 28 September and is one not to be missed!

We will hear back from our volunteer group on the draft vision and goals. Special guest speaker, Dr. Chris Walsh, will provide an overview of the impacts of urbanisation and climate change in the region. We will begin to tackle the process for collaborating on actions and targets while continuing to work together on what co-ownership might look like.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Arrival tea/coffee, morning tea and lunch will be provided.

RSVP - Registration essential!

Registrations close Tuesday 26 September at 12noon. Please register via eventbrite to reserve your place.

Can't attend the workshop? Why not participate online! For those who can't come along to the first workshop or the entire series, there will be an opportunity to influence the strategy online via the Healthy Waterways Strategy engagement platform. Make sure you subscribe here to be kept informed of updates and opportunities.
