Dancing with Shadows Women’s Circle

October’s Women Circle is giving cathartic release and emotional liberation for the witches who are sick of holding it all inside and denying themselves & the world the gift of their full spectrum emotional range.

(while being fun + playful + attuned to God, duh).

W(B)itches of Red Deer join me on Wednesday, October 29th at Rich & Grounded Wellness Studio for our monthly meeting of the Hearts, to gather in sisterhood and embody our devotion to knowing our selves and becoming the forces of nature we were born to be.

This month we embrace the depth, spookiness, and spiciness of the season, by devoting this circle to our beloved shadows, and giving them full permission to come out to play and whine and rage in all their messy, melodramatic, VALID af glory.

The parts of us we hide away from the world, that we’ve been told are impolite, unladylike, too much, too profane, ugly, gross whatever, you name it…

This circle is for them.

Because they fucking deserve it.

and what better time than Scorpio season to excavate them from their graves, and breathe new Life into them.

Your shadows have something to say, and I wanna hear it.

So for two hours on a Wednesday night in October I dare you to give them full permission to let it rip.

Embrace more wholeheartedly the full spectrum human being that you are, and liberate more of the aliveness that has been buried with the parts you hide away.

Sis, we are not the ones who need to be scared this Halloween, the goddamn patriarchy is.

(some of your shadows might have a lil something to say about this too, and that’s A okay - let me hear it!)

Of groups of badass women coming together to remember who they are, be seen in it all, and reclaim the knowing that there is nothing “wrong” with any of it.

Let’s scare the pants off the patriarchy, and do the most terrifying thing of all: radically accept & love ALL parts of ourselves.

Come dance, play, & flirt with your shadows.

I almost guarantee you they’ll flirt back…

What to Expect:

• Energetic clearing + Grounding + Attunment to Source Energy
• Embodied exploration of whatever parts of us wanna join the party + have something to say: intuitive flow of dance, movement, vocal expression, mirror work
• Reflective questions,
• Space for sharing in small and large groups
• Closing with Deep Rest
• A fun, sassy, playful, dare I say kinky, evening of flirting with our shadows and allowing ourselves to talk a little shit and be in the suck of the human experience for a little while... ;)
  
  
  What to Bring:
• Wear something you can move freely in, that feels comfy, but also invitation to wear something that makes you feel badass and audacious af, or to come dripped in the vibes of whatever parts of you want to express, have fun with it! There is no right or wrong.
• Yoga mat, meditation cushions/pillows, blankets, and anything that will support you being comfy cozy on the floor in circle
• Water bottle
• Journal + pen
• Any other items/spiritual tools/talismans that feel supportive to you
• An open Heart and open mind - arriving in a sober state of being free from alcohol, or other substances including power plants
• Your badass self in all your messy, unique, perfectly imperfect human glory
