Step inside Ballet d’Jèrri’s process with a workshop led by BDJ company dancers. We have 3 sessions running at the same time in different spaces at PRCPA - each suited to a different age group. Every session runs:
Quick dance warm-up
Repertoire lab drawn from our Guernsey programme:
- Footsteps by Garrett Smith — pointe optional (taught safely in flats or socks if you’re not en pointe).
- Sand and Their Castles by Tess Voelker — grounded, musical phrase-work.
You’ll build short phrases, sharpen musicality and dynamics, and get practical coaching on spacing, intention, and performance quality.
