Nia Lange is a third generation dancer who grew up at their mother and grandmother's dance academy where the main disciplines were flamenco, belly dance, jazz, yoga.
This is an experimental class, we will create the concept together as we share an hour and a half of the experience. The main idea is to create a community of women who want to celebrate their connection to their bodies, emotions and feminine nature, while sharing a safe space where we will embrace our uniqueness and support each other in our vulnerabilities.
We will learn about ancient dance techniques but also about somatic movement, benefits of dance, energy body, relationship between emotions and pain, spine health through movement and the connection between dance and the healing properties of sound and frequenciea, mixed with intentional movement.
Bring water, a towel, dress like the goddess you are, who enjoys being EXTRA and also comfortable to move and dance freely!
