Frequently asked questions
All tickets in an order will be under the name of the original ticket purchaser. The ticket purchaser can pick up for the entire group.
The check in window is from 7pm to 10pm. It is not possible to check in or pick up tickets after the check in closes at 10pm. It is an option to have a friend pick up your tickets early for you.
Yes. If you are unable to arrive on time, it is possible to have a friend pick up your tickets for you. Please forward your email confirmation to them to present to our check in staff.
The "Zombie Crawl" is the name of our annual Halloween bar crawl event on Halloween weekend. All costumes welcomed! Are Halloween costumes mandatory? No, but dressing up in costume is HIGHLY recommended : )
