Do we have to have any training?

If you have attended a Laughter Yoga session, that is helpful, but you don’t need any training to join the call… Just maybe shake out your limbs and loosen up your Laughter muscles and then dial the phone number ?❤️??

Does the call cost anything?

The call is free! Donations are welcome, but the call cost you nothing except whatever your phone service may require

Why is Laughter good for me?

15 minutes of sustained laughter is equivalent to a 40 minute strenuous rowing session for your insides… Lower cortisol, which is the stress hormone that science believes has caused much of the rise in disease in the world… Lower blood, pressure, strength, and arteries, increase serotonin! Feel good
