Are children welcome at the concerts?

Yes! Children 12 & under get in free!  We want to keep Serenade Range a family friendly venue so we ask that children not sitting with their parents stay in the designated "play area" so as not to disturb customers trying to enjoy the show.  Thank you so much for your cooperation!

What is the seating situation?

Customers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.  We do have a few folding chairs and picnic tables available.

Will there be food?

Yes! We have a variety of local food trucks (1 per event) that will be at the show.

Question 4

Are coolers, outside food, or outside drinks allowed?

Accepted Answer

Coolers are not allowed at Serenade Range.  In accordance with our TABC permit, outside alcohol is not permitted.  To prevent any bad actors from ignoring this rule, we ask that all customers not bring coolers.  We will have food, beer, wine, sodas and water available for purchase.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Well behaved pets on a physically tethered leash are welcome (wireless leashes are not accepted).  We do ask that you clean up after your pet and discard it in the designated trash can. And if your pet becomes disruptive, you remove them from the audience area until they settle.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

We ask that any smoking/vaping be done away from the audience area and that cigarette butts be disposed of properly and not left on the ground.  Thank you!

Can I take photos during the show?

Professional photographers must have permission prior to an event, but guests are welcome to bring small personal cameras or smartphones to take photos as long as you share them on social media and tag @SerenadeRange! ;-)

Question 9

What if there is inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

In the event that the weather does not cooperate with our outdoor plans, we have a couple of nearby neighbors who have offered their covered facilities for the evening.  A message will be sent to ticket holders and announcement made on our website and social media of the location change.

Question 10

What if I get an error while attempting to purchase tickets?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite suggests clearing your browser's cookies, updating your browser or using an alternative browser.  In most cases, it's as simple as clearing cookies.  If all else fails, you are more than welcome to purchase tickets at the door.
